Currently, many coaching services offer solutions from assessing the symptoms of an individual or a company. This could look like implementing a workshop without a complete buy in from the team members. Or, coaching sessions that look more like consulting - which at times leads to a lack of ownership of desired goals. We believe that rapid results can only take place by using a comprehensive approach. We take the time to understand the current state and tailor goals accordingly.
