Role Responsibilities

Attend a 2-hour monthly virtual Strengths training led by a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach:

  • Gain knowledge about the 34 themes and strengths-based methodology

  • Learn about applying strengths in teams and projects

  • Shares best practices, challenges, plans, ideas, and overall feedback in programming

  • Participate in ongoing education to further strengths knowledge

  • Determine methods to measure success and reports progress to the group

Work with their business unit to develop and implement ongoing strengths initiatives, specific to the needs and roles of their teams:

  • Mechanisms for regular recognition of strengths

  • Partnerships from a lens of strengths (ie. buddy systems, complimentary partners)

  • Project and committee assignment based on strengths

Share success stories with the Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and organizational leaders:

  • Measures effectiveness of initiatives

  • Conducts interviews with team to tweak programming

  • Participates in case studies where appropriate

  • Presents to team and leaders as needed

  • Reports progress back to the larger ambassador group

Promotes centralized programming:

  • Encourages team participation in organizational programming (ie. coaching, workshops, webinars)

  • Provides feedback to the Gallup Certified Strengths Coach to enhance current,

  • centralized strengths programming
