Jordan Mercedes, MCC is an ICF credentialed professional coach, program developer, educator and coach mentor. Before joining Royal Telos, she co-founded another coach training company and served as the VP of Training and Development. She has taken hundreds of coaches through the life coach certification process. For the past 25 years, she has helped individuals and organizations bring their unique goals and projects to life through her coaching and consulting services. She now works with leaders and coaches inspiring them to confidently take their mission in work and in life to the next level.
Bonnie Kim (M.Ed, ICF, CliftonStrengths, Enneagram Certified) - Royal Telos Founder, Executive Coach & Director of Education
Bonnie Kim has had various industry experiences ranging from teaching; non-profit work; local political work; creative directing; owning and operating several restaurant franchises. As a native Angelo, she graduated with an M.Ed from UCLA and founded an anti-human trafficking organization in 2008 that is still in operations today. As a veteran entrepreneur, she has also created specific business start-up courses for her clients, as well as consulted for multi-million dollar ventures. Some of her previous clients include World Economic Forum leaders, Entrepreneur Organization Chairs, and C-Suite leaders of various startups. However, out of all of the work she has been involved with, she is most passionate about helping leaders become better in their relationships with themselves and with others through her coaching platform. Credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and Gallup Strengths, Bonnie has recently launched a coaching certification program to help leaders, lead with more empathy and strategy. She loves to paint in her spare time, and dabble in some music by the way of DJ'ing.
